How do you know whether or not the imagery you are considering for reproduction is copyright protected? Will the rightsholder allow you to reproduce a work in the way you wish? ARS can help you answer these questions, and will work with you to obtain the rights you need.

If you are researching images, refer to the lists of “Artists Represented” on this site to see if the works you are considering are by ARS members. If the artist appears on the list, we will guide you through the rights clearance process. If you don’t see the artist’s name on our roster, call us anyway; we may be able to  furnish you with contact information.
