Trouble Resetting My Password

From our login page click ‘Forgot my Password’ under the Login Button to receive an email to reset your password. Check your Spam folder, if the email does not appear reach out to us at support@arsny.com.

Forgot My User Name

Your user name is your email address.

Submitted vs. Draft Requests

ARS only reviews requests that are submitted. You will receive an email confirmation when you submit your request to ARS. Feel free to save and edit Draft requests until you are ready to submit it to us for approval.

How to Edit or Cancel a Request

Go to the ‘Submitted License Requests’ Tab in the Client Portal and scroll to the request you are looking for. Click on the ID number starting the LR-0000 to access the request. From here you can edit details, add additional artists, upload documents or cancel your request.

How to Track My Request

You can track the status of you request via the ‘Submitted Requests tab by viewing the Status column on this list. You can also view the status of individual artist approvals by clicking on the Request ID Number and viewing the artist line items within your request. Each artist line includes a status update section.

How to Chat or Respond to a Licensing Executive in the Portal

Within your request under Chatter, click into the ‘Share an update’ box under Post. You can reference your Licensing Executive directly by use the @ symbol. For example @SallyExample would send a notification to Sally.

How to Pay for a Finalized License

ARS accepts 3 kinds of payments, check, ACH payments and credit cards up to $3,000. To process a credit card payment under $3,000 visit our secure portal at www.arsny.com/payment
