Exhibition Marketing
All protected works require clearance for promotional use. These include exhibition catalogues, brochures, on & off-site museum signage, advertising, posters, bus/subway ads, press releases, and web display.
Publications
All protected works require clearance for publication use. These include textbooks, monographs, scholarly journals, magazines, pamphlets, brochures, coffee-table books, catalogue raisonnés, and fiction & non-fiction books.
Film/TV
All protected works require clearance for film and television use. This includes set dressing (referenced & non-referenced), static/animated sequence, site specific shots, documentaries and televised commercials.

This includes print and digital advertising, social media ads/sponsored content, television ads, movie screen ads, print ads (newspaper, magazine, playbill, journal), billboards, subway/bus ads, and posters for bill sticking.
Auction Houses
All protected works require clearance for auction house use. This includes auction catalogues (back and front covers and comparative images), advertising (print and digital), and promotional giveaways.
Merchandise
All protected works require clearance for merchandise use. This includes commercial and museum merchandise, fashion collaborations, sporting goods, home goods, paper products and accessories.
Special Projects + Commissions
